For nearly two decades, I was instrumental in the birth and evolution of Droga5 New York—considered one of the most successful and influential advertising agencies—shaping all of its output across every platform and medium. As Chief Creation Officer, I helped produce groundbreaking, award-winning work for more than 50 brands, including Under Armour, Meta, Hennessy, The New York Times, and Chase. During that time, I built and led a 180-person production and studio team, fostering a culture rooted in creativity, excellence, and care.
But my journey didn’t start there. I left school at 15 and by 18, landed a job at Saatchi & Saatchi London. I spent years assisting, shadowing, and learning everything I could, which eventually led to becoming Head of TV. In 2003, I moved to New York to join David Droga at Publicis. By 2006, HoneyShed was born—MTV meets Home Shopping Network. Way ahead of its time, it was the first-ever online social shopping destination, built with Smuggler, Publicis, and Droga5. From there, I joined David to help build Droga5.
Now, after a life-changing career, I’ve stepped out on my own. I want to bring my experience to companies of all shapes and sizes—agency’s, production companies, brands, studios, and more. I’m focused on what's next for integrated production, applying old-school knowledge to new-school storytelling—whether through immersive experiences or in disciplines I’m not yet working in but feel instinctively drawn to and excited to explore—spaces where I know my experience can bring real value.
Where I'm at now.... After 35 years doing all of the above, I hit 53 and figured it was time for a change. Not a dramatic, burn-it-all-down kind of change—but a redirect. I’m into aesthetic innovation—reshaping how we see, feel, and experience the world. Design, art, fashion, tech—even the way we live—it’s all up for reinvention. I live in Brooklyn with my daughter, Matilda, and my son, Saul.

Most of us spend too much of our lives in front of a computer. We wanted to create a space to showcase up and coming projects, works in progress and some in-between bits. Taking a more personal perspective to working and living.
Sally-Ann is especially interested in applying her expertise to new fields—spaces she hasn’t worked in before. Unfamiliar territory is something she’s genuinely curious about.
